ICP Australia is proud to introduce ICP DAS’s iWSN-2200 Wireless Data Contractor, which is an iWSN Wireless Data Contractor that supports One 433MHz Wireless Communication Interface and one RS-232/RS-485 Communication Interface. Among these, the module supports Modbus RTU Protocol Slave, whereby the main function can receive and buffer 31 iWSN Sensor Data by wireless, and the user can transmit Modbus RTU commands to read the sensor’s data by RS-232/RS-485 interface. In the wireless interface, the module supports 16 wireless channels and 8 groups ID by rotary switch and DIP switch setting. Therefore, the user can easily divide and manage the wireless network of 433MHz frequency.

Furthermore, the iWSN Series sensing module is a self-powered module for AC current, digital input, and temperature measurement. It can harvest the demand electricity from CT induced current so that there is no need to supply the power line. Using sub-1G RF communication interface, the iWSN Series can advance to real wireless deployment. The diversified I/O interface, such as split-core CT, Rogowski coil, NTC thermistor, and dry contact DI, provides users more options for various applications. Considering the maintenance and installation, the iWSN sensing module uses the DIP switch and rotary switch for configuration. Through the flexibility of the expansion interface and good price-performance, the iWSN sensing module can be widely used in the application of saving power, big data analysis, and predictive maintenance.
