ICP Electronics Australia is proud to introduce ICP DAS tET-AD2. The ICP DAS tET-AD2 represents a leap forward in compact, Ethernet-based automation technology, designed to streamline and enhance the efficiency of industrial processes. This tiny Ethernet module stands out with its isolated 2-channel analog inputs, offering versatility in monitoring and control tasks within a wide array of industrial applications. It comes equipped with a web server for straightforward configuration, minimizing setup time and complexity.

Supporting a broad spectrum of communication protocols including Modbus TCP/UDP, MQTT, and SNMP V2c, the tET-AD2 ensures seamless integration into existing networks, facilitating real-time data exchange and analysis. Its I/O pair connection feature, enabling push and pull functionality, further enhances its adaptability in complex automation setups.

The module is built to endure challenging industrial environments, featuring dual-watchdog support for system reliability and the capability for firmware updates via Ethernet, ensuring long-term operational stability and security. With built-in I/O that includes 2-channel single-ended inputs for both voltage and current, the tET-AD2 provides flexible and precise data acquisition. The input range is programmable, covering 0 ~ 500 mV, 0 ~ 1 V, 0 ~ 2.5 V, 0 ~ 5 V, and 0 ~ 10 V for voltage inputs, and 0 ~ 20 mA, 4 ~ 20 mA for current inputs, accompanied by overvoltage protection of 120 VDC.

Adjustable sampling rates, available in fast or normal modes, cater to varied application requirements, ensuring optimal performance in diverse operational contexts such as industrial automation, machinery, building automation, food and beverage systems, semiconductor fabrication, and control systems. Its robust design includes 4 kV ESD protection and 3000 VDC intra-module isolation, guaranteeing the tET-AD2’s resilience and reliability in the most demanding industrial settings.
