ICP Electronics Australia is proud to introduce ICP DAS’s PET-7066. An Ethernet I/O module with 8 PhotoMOS Relay channels and an integrated web server that enables easy configuration, I/O monitoring and I/O control with the use of a standard web browser. It features optical isolation for 3000 Vrms of transient overvoltage protection and doesn’t have channel-to-channel isolation. The power-on value and safe value of the PhotoMOS relay are programmable. It can safely be used in applications where hazardous voltages are present.
Through the Ethernet network, the PET-7066 module can be remotely controlled using the Modbus TCP/UDP protocol. Therefore, the modules integrate effectively with HMI, SCADA, PLC, and other industrial control software platforms.
The PET-7066 Module supports both Modbus TCP and Modbus UDP Protocols as well as a built-in dual watchdog timer. This DIN-RAIL Mountable module has been designed to suit a range of industrial applications including Building Automation, Factory Automation, Machine Automation, Remote Maintenance, Remote Diagnosis and Testing Equipment.
The IEEE 802.3af Power-Over-Ethernet (Class 1) requirements are supported by PET-7066. The network cable can be used to supply power to network devices that comply with IEEE 802.3af PoE.
